Voting Information

Deadline to Register to Vote: October 10, 2022 (This is the last day to register in Henderson County or

change any information on your current voter registration for the upcoming election.)

2022 VOTING OPTIONS:

MAIL-IN VOTING

You can request a ballot between September 24th - October 25th at 11:59 pm online at GoVote.Ky.gov.

If you do not have access to the internet you may request a ballot by phone at (270) 826-3906 during office hours, September 24th - October 25th.

IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING (EXCUSE REQUIRED) at the COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE

OCTOBER 26 - NOVEMBER 2, 2022

Application to cast an in-person absentee ballot can be made during business hours and the six

business days prior to Thursday, November 3rd on which no-excuse Early Voting begins.  The

applicant must meet one of the conditions not allowing them to appear at the polls on Election Day

or on the no-excuse Early Voting Days.

EARLY VOTING (NO EXCUSE REQUIRED)   

1 polling location will be open to provide in-person early voting.  Any registered voters may vote early.

• JFK Community Center, 515 S. Alvasia St., Henderson
• Bend Gate Elementary School, 920 Bend Gate Rd., Henderson
• Spottsville Elementary School, 9190 US Hwy 60 E., Spottsville
• Niagara Elementary School, 13043 Hwy 136 E., Henderson
• AB Chandler Elementary School, 11215 US Hwy 60 W., Corydon

All locations will be open on November 8, 2022 Election Day from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
